Resolved Question: What are some colleges/universities in California that are inexpensive?

i'm going to spend some time at a community college, then transfer to a CSU or UC. Of course I want to get a Bachelor's, as well as a good education, but I REALLY do NOT want to have loads of debts after I finish my education. So can you suggest any colleges that are for a pretty good price? If, it helps, I want to major in Graphic design/Digital Art.
